HIIT and Strength Training:

I design a unique plan that is custom-tailored to fit your goals and needs. Personal training sessions consist of HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) and Strength trainings. Free weights/machines workouts, where you are using only your own body weight. Workout sessions take place outdoors or if requested by the client's place.



Small group trainings:

Strength, endurance, flexibility and cardiovascular fitness that can be done in small groups up to 4 people. Are you game for a challenge? Wanna train in a  company of your friends or/and  family? Make a group of max. 4 and give me a call or send me a message for more details. 




Bootcamp work outs in a group of minimum 6 persons, where you will experience a variety of challenging exercises that will strengthen and tone your entire body.

Live Online Personal Training

Private 1-on-1 work out sessions via Skype. Whether you live in Amsterdam or anywhere in the World I can give you a training just like in-person.
